Polar Code Session at TRANSTEC 2016 attracts unprecedented attendance

The “Polar Code and the Safety of Ice Class Vessels” session jointly organised by the Russian Register and Sovcomflot proved to be a topic of high interest as many last-minute participants joined the attendee list to overflowing capacity.

The 2nd day of TRANSTEC 2016’s 5th International Ports and Shipping Conference – “The Future of Russian Ports and Shipping” opened with huge interest and attendance from academics, decision makers, industry professionals and project managers alike, with all sessions at full capacity.
