By Order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation dated by 27th December, 2003 №19723A/1048/922 "On approval of the List of "Purposes of trips" used by the authorised state bodies of the Russian Federation in the process of issuing invitations and visas to foreign citizens", is issued to foreign citizens with the following purposes: "Foreigners who have arrived...to solve commercial issues with Russian partners (participation in auctions, exhibitions, negotiations...". Russian tourist visas can be issued to citizens of almost all countries of the world.  Please check with your local Travel Agent for advice prior to applying for the iVisa service.  Please note the reference number of ExpoForum for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation is RTO 015384 for the registration of visa support.
