Purpose of this form:
- Submit NEVA 2019 badge requests for named Exhibitor staff members
- Update existing exhibitor badge requests
- This request form will close after Monday 2 September 2019.
- Badge requests received by the deadline may be collected from the Service Bureau on arrival at Expoforum CEC during 14-17 September 2019.
- If you miss the deadline, visit the Expoforum Service Bureau during NEVA 2019 and request the required badges.
How to use this form:
- Use the button on this page to open the Profile registration web form in a new window.
- If your browser allows cookies, the progress of your form is saved automatically until submission is completed.
- Return to this page and load the form again to complete multiple submissions.
- Registered Exhibitors - Use this form to request your individual badges.
- Group Coordinators - Complete this form and use the "+ Add Badge" button to request a badge for each Sub-Exhibitor in your group.
- On submission, a confirmation email will be sent to the Form Submitter Email address.
- To edit a badge request after submission, click the 'edit this submission' link in the corresponding confirmation email.
- If the form submitter email address does not receive a confirmation email within a couple minutes after completing form submission, please double check that you have entered a correct email address in the Form Submission Email field, or check your spam folder for the notification.
